Q. How much does the limousine cost to go to Newport, Cardiff or Swansea etc... ?
A. Prices vary from place to place. Please use the contact us form on the contacts page and we will send you the details via email or over the telepone when prior to booking.
Q. Will my deposit be refunded ?
A. Unfortunately, no. Deposits are non-refundable.
Q. What will happen if the booking exceeds the alloted slot agreed in the original confirmation ?
A. If excess time or additions to the booking incurred during the hire shall be chargeable at the hourly rate.
Q. How do I know if my booking has been secured ?
A. Your booking is only secured upon receipt of a deposit.
THE LIMOUSINE
Q. What will happen in the event of any breakages ?
A. The person making the booking and paying the deposit shall be deemed responsible for all excess charges, damages and breakages.
Q. Am I allowed to eat in the vehicle ?
A. No. No food shall be consumed in the vehicles.
Q. Am I allowed to bring my own drinks ?
A. Complementary drinks supplied by the Go-By-Limo can only be consumed within the vehicle. Clients are only permitted their own drinks by prior arrangement.
